Highly Radicalized Oxygen Atoms with the help of a unique process act on the solid waste material decomposing them into ash, (complete combustion). The Exothermic Reaction results in the Core Temperature going from 300ºc to 800ºc reducing the waste into Ceramic Ash with Zero Calorific Value inert thus ensuring destruction and a volumetric reduction of the waste by a ratio of 1/200 to 1/300.Plasmic Arc can be used for destruction of any combustible material except Inorganic Materials like Metal, Glass, stones which are left as it is. The Municipal Solid Waste with a Moisture content of less than 35% to 40% can be easily decomposed in this machine.

The Operating cycle time ranges from 3 to 8 hours, depending on the moisture content. The Exothermic Decomposition process helps in the maintenance of the Plasmic Core temperatures to further the process. The ash generated has got ceramic properties and no carbon content.The Low-Temperature Decomposition Results in very Low Air Emissions, well below the air pollution CPCB norms. The Plasmic Arc machines have been tested and confirmed for complying with CPCB incinerator emission standards. During the process, there is no odour or visible fumes, thus contributing to a clean and hazard-free environment.The Ceramic Ash generated by the decomposition process can be used in Ceramics, Cement Bricks or can be safely landfilled as it does not contain any hazardous substances.
